! First, schedule an initial assessment for care by calling our office at (503)467-4511. At your first consultation you will sit down with Dr. Clark Pitcairn and discuss your current health and pain issues. The appointment will include how long you have had the issues and how it is affecting your everyday physical activities. You will also review your family health history and certain aspects of lifestyle that affect your overall well-being. Dr. Clark Pitcairn will complete the assessment, take digital images if indicated from your assessment, and inform you of a treatment plan to help your body heal naturally. Additionally, chiropractic treatments can begin immediately after the first visit and may continue directly after your follow-up appointment.
